What is the rationale behind offering a Baby Shower?

Som Visao is the world's first and only 3D/4D ultrasound centre to offer a Baby Shower. The idea is based on evidence that shows pregnant mothers who have undergone 3D/4D ultrasound were more likely to increase their social network by sharing the images with friends and family (see reference below). With this in mind, we offer the Baby for the mom-to-be and up to 12 of her closest guests to share in the amazing 3D/4D ultrasound experience. With no minimum amount of guests and the exclusive use of the spa we invite you to be amongst the first to enjoy this experience. The best part about this service is that mom and all of her guests enjoy unlimited fetal tours (can therefore invite 2 moms to the party!) and spa treatments. Where did the unique approach originate?

Som Visao was founded by Adrian Reagan, a current Medical Student at the University of British Columbia who's cultivated an interest in Radiology. The founder's intent was to build a clinic that focused on using ultrasound as means of confirming healthy lifestyle choices as opposed to being 'for entertainment'. This concept has quickly gained acceptance by several wellness experts in the Lower Mainland and some well respected MD's across the country.
