What is the maximum number of people I can invite to the Baby Shower?
We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests for the ultrasound viewing and party. We suggest you book 1 aesthetician for every 3 - 4 guests. There is no minimum amount of guests.
How many expecting mothers can attend?
You may invite up to 2 pregnant mothers for the Baby Shower. Please ensure both have undergone their 20 week diagnostic scan.
Are men welcome to the Baby Shower?
Of course, we even have mini-services just for him. Visit our men's spa if you're interested in learning more about these services.
May I add another aesthetician?
You are welcome to add aestheticians to accommodate for more guests or longer treatment times. Additional aestheticians cost $149 per party.
How many aestheticians should I book?
Express spa treatments take about 20 minutes. For smaller parties (up to 4 with mom-to-be) we recommend one aesthetician. This allows for 4 spa treatments and a 30min fetal tour with the whole party in our ultrasound suite. You can double the treatment time or double your guests by adding one aesthetician to the party.
Are your laser hair removal and RMT included with the Baby Shower?
Our medical grade laser hair removal services require a thorough consultation so we're unable to offer it during the Baby Shower. Our laser hair removal services are available to all of our clients and we encourage you to visit our consultation if you're interested in learning more. Our registered massage therapy also requires a consultation and assessment so we're unable to offer it during the Baby Shower.
Are children, strollers, and babies permitted in the spa?
We encourage this to be a family and friends event so of course you're welcome to bring your children. If you prefer an adult only escape we'll gladly arrange for you.
Can I bring food to the Baby Shower?
We will provide complimentary beverages during your party. Food is not permitted in the spa or ultrasound suite.
Do you only offer the Baby Shower on Sundays?
Due to our high volume of weekday bookings we are only able to offer Baby Showers on Sundays. You may be able to secure a different day of the week and time (Sat afternoon, Friday night, etc) if you book well in advance (we suggest at least 3 weeks).
Is it mandatory that everyone I invite watch the scan?
No, we can arrange seating for up to 4 in our private ultrasound suite, you can therefore choose who you wish to be in the room during your scan. As the scan is underway your friends and family will be enjoying spa treatments if you wish the scan to be private. If, however, you wish to have all of your friends and family watching the scan we can arrange seating for 12.
Do you offer gender assessment as part of the booking?
Like all of our ultrasound scans we offer complimentary gender assessments.
