Lifestyle Coaching

Discover the many benefits of a Lifestyle Coach.  We've developed personalized fitness plans which are unique to each phase of the childbearing years, your body type, and your fitness goals.  Our programs are designed specifically for those trying to conceive (fertility lifestyle coaching), those who are pregnant (prenatal lifestyle coaching), and those wishing to get back into shape after giving birth (post partum lifestyle coaching).  Our programs follow the pre/postnatal exercise guidelines developed by the CSEP (Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists) and SOGC (Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of Canada) and are instructed by a pre/post natal exercise specialist who is fully-qualified to offer these programs.

Fertility Lifestyle Coaching

When trying to conceive, it's important both partners eat properly, exercise, reduce anxiety, and achieve an optimal BMI.  Our Fertility Lifestyle Coaching Program is designed for you to reach all of these goals.  We also introduce you to couple's exercise techniques that build strength and endurance in the places that matter most.  Click here to learn about our fertility lifestyle coaching packages.

Lifestyle Coaching for the 1st Trimester

Our first trimester lifestyle coaching series is designed to provide you with the building blocks to build the strength and flexibility you'll need to get through the second and third trimesters.  We focus on developing your strength so your body is better able to adapt to the additional weight gain you'll experience throughout your pregnancy.  We also focus on improving your flexibility over your entire pregnancy to facilitate labor.  Click here to learn about our first trimester lifestyle coaching packages.

Lifestyle Coaching for the 2nd Trimester

Our Second Trimester Lifestyle Coaching Program is designed to build strength and flexibility so your body can prepare for the additional weight gain that will occur throughout the rest of your pregnancy.  As a continuation of the first trimester program, we introduce new techniques and modify your plan according to your needs.  Click here to learn about our second trimester lifestyle coaching packages.

Lifestyle Coaching for the 3rd Trimester

Our Third Trimester Lifestyle Coaching program is specific to your body's demands during the third trimester and focuses on building your strength and flexibility in preparation for labor.  In this program we also focus on endurance and motivate you to prepare for the challenges and rewards of giving birth. Lifestyle Coaching for the New Mom

After the month of adjusting to your life as a new mom we introduce you to our post-partum program which gives you the knowledge and motivation you get back into shape.  Our certified Lifestyle Coach will build you a customized program focused on strengthening the muscles that changed during your pregnancy.  This program has been designed with the post-partum nutrition program in mind you can reach your goals of returning to your pre-motherhood body.  Don't forget, all of our clients are welcome to attend the complimentary Buggy Club group fitness sessions.
